All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment-card details.
Starter Audit reports are delivered within 7 business days of payment confirmation to the email address provided. If delivery is delayed beyond 7 business days due to our fault, you are entitled to a 50% partial refund as per our Refund Policy.
You may only submit websites that you own or are authorised to audit. You must not submit competitor websites to gain commercial intelligence beyond compliance use. You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose.
Audit reports delivered to you are for your use only. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-license reports. Our scanning technology, AI models and platform remain the property of Ethos UI OCP (OPC) Private Limited.
Our audit reports are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee legal compliance outcomes. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
