Refund Policy

Effective Date: 19 May 2026

→Starter Audit (₹4,999 — one-time)

• Full refund: if you cancel your request before we begin the audit (within 2 hours of payment).
• 50% partial refund: if we fail to deliver your report within 7 business days of payment. This is automatic — you do not need to ask.
• No refund: once the audit report has been delivered to you.

→Professional Plan (₹9,999/month)

• Cancel anytime: from your client portal. No phone calls required. No cancellation fees.
• Billing cycle: you will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation. No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
• First-month guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, contact billing@ethosui.com for a full refund.
