The Professional Plan is a recurring monthly subscription priced at ₹9,999 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes where stated). It is billed in advance through Razorpay on the same calendar date each month, starting from the date of your first payment.
The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. We email a receipt after every successful charge. We will never bury the renewal, hide the price, or make cancellation difficult — that would be a dark pattern, and detecting those is our business.
You may cancel at any time from your client portal — no phone calls, no retention scripts. You keep access until the end of the current paid period and are not charged again. See our Cancellation Policy for the exact steps.
If we change the subscription price, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you by email. Access to scans and the portal may be paused until payment is successfully completed. Repeated failure may result in cancellation of the subscription.
Subscription refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 7-day first-month satisfaction guarantee. We do not provide partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
