Cancellation Policy

→Professional Plan Cancellation

You can cancel your Professional Plan subscription at any time, directly from your client portal:

  1. Log in to your portal at ethosui.co.in/portal
  2. Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  5. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
No phone call required. No waiting. No dark patterns.

→Starter Audit Cancellation

A Starter Audit is a one-time service. You may cancel (and receive a full refund) within 2 hours of payment if we have not yet begun the audit. Email billing@ethosui.com immediately with your order reference.
